Electronic Communications

Cancellation by the Client

In the event of requests for order cancellations, we reserve the right to either accept or decline such requests for any reason. As part of our standard business practice, refunding the amount will not be considered. To be valid and approved, a request for order cancellation must be made within 24 hours from the time of placing the order on our site.

Cancellation by Forte

Forte holds the authority to reject and cancel orders placed by you due to unavailability of the product. In such instances, you will be duly notified of the order's rejection. Refunds for your payment will be processed within 7 working days. Forte will provide the necessary instructions to the payment gateway within 7 working days for the refund process. Notably, payment gateways may require up to 30 days to credit the refunded amount to your account.

Delivery Details

Complete payment is not received

Incorrect or inaccurate contact information is provided

Customer response delay or lack of response

Unforeseen incidents at our manufacturing facility

Other unforeseen circumstances

Unexplained delays from our courier partners

If a delivery delay occurs due to reasons beyond our control or due to unexplained delays from our courier partners, Forte reserves the right to charge an additional fee for resending the product(s) to the correct address. The upfront payment of the re-delivery cost will be necessary, and the delivery timeframe may be extended.

Shipping

For Domestic Customers: Shipping across India is free.

For International Customers: Additional charges apply for international shipping, which are determined by the product's weight, volume, and the destination country. Shipping charges will be provided upon inquiry. A base shipping charge of INR 3500 applies to sarees, women's kurta sets, men's kurtas, Nehru jackets, and bandhgalas. For women's lehengas, jacket-skirt and cropped top-skirt, men's indowesterns and sherwanis, a base charge of INR 5000 is applied. The final shipping charges will be communicated by our sales team.

Returns Policy

Most of our garments are produced on a made-to-order basis. Consequently, once an order is placed, we do not offer exchanges or returns. Accuracy of the product to your specifications cannot be guaranteed.

Taxes and Duties

For Domestic Customers: All prices mentioned include applicable taxes.

For International Customers: In most cases, shipments are sent on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that the product prices displayed do not include import duties. As the recipient, you are responsible for settling all import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes imposed by your country. Payment of these charges upon delivery is required to release your order from customs upon arrival.
